SAN RUBBER is a new Ivorian natural rubber factory built in 2018. After much effort to set up the factory, SAN RUBBER started purchasing the first tonnage of raw material in March 2019 for production in April / May 2019. The whole production process consists of a pre-treatment line and a main processing line.

With its 2 dryers with a capacity of 3MT / hour each, or 6T / H in total, the plant should produce more than 36,000 T / year in years of cruising.
The managing director and co-owner of SanRubber, has extensive experience in the natural rubber processing sector. Experience starting from the creation of CHC (1998) to that of EXAT (2009).
SAN RUBBER hired skilled workers, including a factory manager, who has over 18 years of experience in the rubber industry.

The company SAN RUBBER S.A just obtained the ISO 9001: 2015 certification issued by Bureau Veritas Maroc - for its Headquarters (ABIDJAN) and Factory (TOUADJI1) sites carrying out activities of PURCHASE OF COAGULUM, TRANSFORMATION AND MARKETING OF NATURAL RUBBER intended for the tire industries.
This certification from BUREAU VERITAS MAROC reinforces the international image of SAN RUBBER S.A
QUALITY AND TRACEABILITY
SanRubber has developed specific partnerships with cooperatives of local growers guaranteeing high quality raw materials.
The traceability system put in place allows the factory to list the origins of the raw material in order to coat the cooperatives and individual growers and partners. "
